Handbook for Jurors

The judge – the clerk of the court when there is a trial by jury. Most times judges bully the jurors and make them think the judge is in charge and of course judges are not. The jury can tell the judge to tend to his job while you tend to yours just do it in a nice way. Example – juror to the judge. We will give the evidence whatever weight we believe it deserves. Thank you, my honor.
2.Prosecution – represents the injured victim; cannot represent a fiction. A fiction cannot be injured.
3.The victim – A living soul that was injured.
4.The defendant – Someone or something that injured the victim.
5.The jury – The jury evaluates the evidence, determining how reliable it is and deciding what to believe. The jury decides what the facts are and then applies those facts to the law. The law will be contained in the instructions of the judge, but the jury can also look at the law and make sure that it is not a coercive law or repugnant to natural man contrary to public policy nor their own notion of fairness. The jury protects all of the defendants rights during a trial, even murders and rapists. By protecting everyone’s rights even those we don’t like, we protect the rights of everyone and we all win.
