Income Tax is Voluntary

The 16th Amendment reads as such:
“Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”
Notice that it says among the several states, not the citizens. Some states actually collect an income tax, but instead of giving it to the government, they keep it for themselves so, you can see the income tax is a sham that has no basis in any kind of law. The patriots fought a government much less tax
