The Five Rules

These are the FIVE RULES everyone needs to know to be a useful member of our American society.

  1. A public servant can never take us to court.
  2. A public servant has no standing to take one of the people to court.
  3. We have AUTHORITY to take a public servant to court.
  4. The juries MUST unanimously give us the victory over our public servants.
  5. Juries must award huge sums of money against public servants personally and against the agency they work for.
    .

These Five Rules only apply when dealing with our public servants, “The Government!”

Know your Standing in government

Always make yourself available to be a member of a jury in order to help free your fellow citizen from our tyrannical “government!”

Always state that you will hear both sides, be attentive and give the evidence the weight you feel it deserves.

In a court setting, giving evidence “the weight you feel it deserves” refers to the judge or jury’s responsibility to evaluate and consider the evidence presented during a trial based on its relevance, reliability, and overall persuasiveness. This process involves assessing the credibility of witnesses, the strength of testimony and exhibits, and any expert opinions or other evidence presented.

The decision-maker must decide how much importance to assign to each piece of evidence in relation to the case as a whole. This judgment is often subjective and can vary based on the individual’s interpretation and experience. Essentially, it means to determine how convincing and valuable each piece of evidence is in influencing their understanding and decision-making regarding the case.
