About us.

We are a community that is coming together to flex our rights muscles to bring government back in line to its core principle:  The protection of rights and property.

All political power is inherent in the people and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their benefit.

Under the philosophy of the American 

constitutional form of representative government that adheres to the principle that government is the servant and not the master of the people..

The people of this state do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies that serve them…

In this free country just about anything we do has become a crime

The Posse Comitatus Act

Bars federal troops from participating in civilian law enforcement.

So, the police has become militarized.

This community has become alarmed at the rate in which we as law abiding people are losing our rights to a tyrannical government bent on complete domination by intruding into every facet of our lives.

How can we be free if:

The government that can force us to buy one thing can force us to buy everything.

The government that tells us how much cash we can to have in public wants an excuse to steal our money.

The government that checks up on us when we make bank deposits wants an excuse to look at our finances.

The government that tells us where we can invest has an excuse to track of our money.

The government that demands we confess how much we earn each year, has an excuse to look at our private documents and papers, and effects;

The government that demands we confess what and how much someone gives, makes us afraid to be generous.

The government that penalizes us for working overtime, undermines the individual’s reason for putting forth more effort;

The founding fathers knew the government could become oppressive.  They just never realize it could become this oppressive.

This is a government we do not know!

This government will infringe upon us until they break us completely or we fight back.

This site is a call to action for the people of the communities to reclaim our rights and freedom now before things get violently ugly.

How will we do this?

By educating ourselves in the fundamentals of government, specifically as it relates to being educated jurors in our courts.

We preserve our rights by keeping our neighbors safe from governmental tyranny .

It starts at the local level one person at a time pledging to stand together and spreading the word about a safe harbor for the people to organize.
