Third party creditors are a nuisance but are pussycats to deal with once you send them our letter.
Use the letter for creditors/collectors if 3rd party creditors are hounding you. Use the letter as a template, make changes as necessary and mail it. If the creditors call you again, ask them to read the letter you had sent them which is in their files, and then ask to talk to a manager if they want to continue to talk with you. You will not have any problems again.
To view the letter to the creditors you must have a Gold or Silver membership.
